FAQ
Frequently Asked
Is Wanda World suitable for toddlers?
Wanda World is designed primarily for children aged 5 to 11, with most activities best suited to that age range. Younger siblings are welcome when accompanied by an adult, but some experiences may be a little advanced for toddlers.
What age is best for Wanda World?
Our sweet spot is 5 to 11 years old. We've designed the experience so younger children can explore through imagination and play, while older kids enjoy the challenges, puzzles, and interactive activities.
Â
How long does the experience take?
Our Wanda World sessions are 75 minutes each. Birthday bookings are 2 hours.Â
Â
Is Wanda World educational?
Yes—but not in the traditional classroom sense.
Our experiences encourage creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, curiosity, and imaginative thinking. Kids are learning while they're playing, often without even realising it.
Â
Can parents participate?
That would be great! But only if it works for you.Â
Wanda World is designed as a shared adventure that brings people together. It’s best for at least two people to explore, solve challenges, discover stories, and share laughs. So kids and parents playing together is one of the things that makes Wanda World so special. That said, we know it’s sometimes not possible for parents to play, so all we ask is that you hang out in our space while your kid does.
Â
Can grandparents join too?
Definitely.
Wanda World is designed to bring generations together. Grandparents often enjoy helping solve puzzles, sharing stories, and watching their grandchildren's imaginations come to life. Many families tell us it's one of the few activities everyone genuinely enjoys together.
Â
What happens if it rains?
No problem at all.
Wanda World is an indoor experience, making it a perfect activity regardless of the weather. Whether it's raining, snowing, or too hot outside, the adventure continues indoors.
Â
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All visits to Wanda World must be booked through our online booking platform.
Booking online allows you to choose the date, time, and session that best suits your family, helping us create the best possible experience for every guest. As places are limited for each session, we recommend booking early—especially during weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.
Can children explore on their own?
Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adults throughout the experience. Wanda World is designed to be enjoyed together, making it a fun family outing rather than a drop-off activity.
Â
Is Wanda World suitable for birthday parties?
Yes! Wanda World is a fantastic place to celebrate birthdays. Our interactive experiences encourage kids to work together, laugh together, and create unforgettable memories. Contact us on our website contact form if you’d like to make a birthday booking.Â
Â
Is Wanda World good for school groups?
Absolutely. Our activities naturally encourage teamwork, communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving, making Wanda World a popular choice for school excursions and educational group visits.
Â
Is Wanda World wheelchair accessible?
We aim to make Wanda World as welcoming and accessible as possible. If you have specific accessibility questions or requirements, please get in touch before your visit so our team can help you plan the best possible experience.
Â
What should we wear?
Comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes are the best choice. You'll be moving around, exploring, solving challenges, and enjoying interactive experiences throughout your visit.
Â
Are food and drinks available?
Yes, we have snacks and drinks available. Including the most delicious natural apple slushy!
What makes Wanda World different?
Wanda World isn't an arcade, a playground, or a museum—it's something a little different.
We've created an interactive world where stories, games, creativity, and hands-on adventures come together to encourage families to spend meaningful time together. It's less about watching and more about doing.
Â
Do you use screens inside Wanda World?
No. Wanda World is a completely screen-free experience.
We've created a world where imagination, creativity, storytelling, movement, and hands-on play take centre stage. It's a chance for kids—and adults—to put their phones and devices away for a while and simply enjoy spending time together.
In a world where screens are part of everyday life, we believe there's something genuinely special about creating space for real conversations, shared adventures, and unforgettable family memories.
